§ I · Nature of this site

Informational, not advice

The Incorruptibles is an open, informational index of U.S. companies whose governance protects their mission. It is available as this website, a free read-only API, and an iOS app; this page covers all three. Nothing here is legal, financial, investment, or professional advice. Always confirm a company's current legal status from primary sources before relying on it.

§ II · Accuracy & AI

Entries may be AI-generated

Many entries are researched and classified automatically: a company name is researched against live web sources by Claude, an AI model from Anthropic, which extracts and classifies the company's governance. This process can be incomplete, out of date, or wrong. An entry's appearance here is not confirmation of its legal status.

Each entry cites its sources. Verify against primary records · SEC filings, a company's charter, or the B Lab directory · before relying on an entry. The Mission Advisor chat answers from the index with the same limits; its replies are AI-generated and can be wrong.

§ III · Data we collect

The little we keep

We deliberately collect very little. There are no accounts and no logins.

  • Lookups · the company names you search are stored so results can be cached and reused.
  • Advisor chat · messages you send to the Mission Advisor are processed to generate the reply and are not stored with any identity; there is nothing to link a conversation to you.
  • Corrections · if you suggest a correction, the fields you submit (and any note, source link, or logo) are stored for human review.
  • Request metadata · your IP address is used transiently for rate-limiting and abuse prevention.
  • Preferences · your light/dark theme choice is stored locally in your browser, not on our servers.
  • Usage analytics · the website uses PostHog, a third-party analytics provider, to record aggregate usage such as pages viewed and searches run, so we can see what is useful and improve the site.

Beyond that product analytics, we do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell your data.

The iOS app collects nothing of its own: no account, no analytics, no advertising identifiers. It reads the same public index and sends Mission Advisor messages to the same service, under the same rules as above.

§ IV · Third parties

Who processes a request

When you research a company or ask the Mission Advisor a question, your query and the public web text we retrieve are processed by service providers to produce a result:

  • Anthropic (Claude) · web research, governance classification, and Mission Advisor answers.
  • Supabase · the Postgres database that stores the index, the lookup cache, and rate-limit counters.
  • Vercel · hosting and bot protection.

§ V · Corrections & removal

If an entry is wrong

Every company page has a suggest a correction form; anything submitted there is reviewed by a person before it changes the index. If your company is listed in error, or you would like an entry corrected or removed, email angus@qerberos.com. Requests are reviewed promptly.
